Hut, decks, stairs and outside walkways. Sanitize surfaces.
Dishes
3-STEP METHOD TO WASH DISHES
3-Bin Method: 1. Hot water & soap 2. Warm rinse 3. Sanitize with 2 teaspoons bleach per 1 gallon warm water.
Trash
Carry out ALL trash and leftover food.
RESTOCK WOOD
Split/stock small kindling and larger wood for heat-stove.
WATER
In winter, use snow melt pot. In summer, use water jug for stream water. Sisters Cabin is equipped with a cistern/pump next to the sink in addition to the snow melt system. Water should be treated before drinking.
NO DOGS
NO SMOKING / OUTSIDE FIRES
Outside fires violate our permit with the USFS. Violators will be fined.
NO DAY USE
Day use is not permitted, do not enter the hut or hang out on the deck if you do not have a reservation for the current day.
